Amar, a rich businessman, is framed by two undercover police officers, Seema and Jagmohan, for the murder of his uncle. To evade prison, he claims to be of unsound mind and tries to solve the mystery.

Avinash is murdered and comes back as a ghost. He communicates through Maya, a medium, and tries to console his beloved wife Pooja and warn her that her life is in danger.
